Challenge
We got a frantic call one Sunday. The caller’s opening line was “I need help and I need help now.” The very anxious caller was particular that we get started with his transcription work that very day.
The caller was also very concerned about catching up with his transcription backlog situation.
Solution
Though we didn’t start work on Sunday, we promptly got started on Monday morning. We had the client’s transcription work completed and sent to him on Tuesday.
With respect to the backlog situation, our team had to finish the work as soon as possible and so they committed themselves to a record delivery timeframe. However, we did not compromise quality in the process. Stringent quality audits ensured accuracy of our transcription services. We also maintained data confidentiality throughout. We were able to complete the pending transcription work within an impressive one week TAT.
Result
The client was happy to be back on track. We had effectively handled his overflow in a cost-effective and skilled manner.
